Language
The world looks for happiness through self-assertion. The Christian knows that joy is found in self-abandonment.
1.
O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
2.
He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the LORD, happy is he.
3.
Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
